Double Side Cutting Machine | High-Precision Parallel Splitter

Our Double Side-Cutting Machine, Parallel Splitter is designed to split the bamboo to parallel splits using two carbide tipped circular saws in each side. Parallel splitting is very critical for further operations specially for board making industries. The machine uses specially designed soundless carbide tipped circular saws. The saws are dynamically balanced. The operator moves bamboo along the axis through the set of saws. Two operators can work on the same machine simultaneously and hence giving more production. Width of the strip can be decided with the help of washers. Another variant of the machine having rail and carriage arrangement is also available.
