Hydraulic Cold Press Machine 2 Cylinder

Hydraulic Cold Press Machine with 2 cylinder machine is used to paste MICA, Laminate, Veneer, Acrylic or similar sheet on the Ply or MDF, HDHMR or similar materials. This uses Hydraulic Oil pressure using Motor is thus called Hydraulic Press Machine for Laminate pasting.

Size in general of the Cold Press Machine is 8x4feet but can be made as per client request. Pressing height and the number of cylinders for pressing can be planned as per client requirement.

Adhesive is used to glue the Top layer the base layer of plywood or similar material. Plywood can be glued with both side lamination together at one time and the pressing time varies with the quality and adhesive or glue parameters can vary from 10mins to 24hours.
